Milk Bath Directions

First, simply gather all of your ingredients. (I picked up all of my ingredients for this at Harmons, our local grocery store.) They are all standard products so should be available at most chain grocery stores.

Measure out the ingredients into a gallon-sized plastic ziplock bag. Then, shake up the bag so the ingredients mix together.

Milk Bath Tip

If you are doing a photo shoot, consider throwing in some pretty flowers. But, if you are only using the milk bath mix to take a relaxing bath, I suggest forgoing the flowers. As another blogger pointed out, it’s not that pleasant having things floating around your bath water with you. I agree and think it would detract from the relaxation.

What do you think? Flowers or no flowers?
