I received compensation from Bayer Consumer Health, makers of MiraLAX® to write this post. MiraLAX® is a laxative used to treat occasional constipation. All opinions are entirely my own. #ReliefMadeEasy #CollectiveBias
Lately, I’ve become a lot more conscious about putting the right amount of fiber into my body. One of my favorite healthy and fiber-filled breakfasts is oatmeal. Try out my fiber-packed oatmeal breakfast bowl recipe below!
Fiber-Packed Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- almond milk
- honey
- berries
Directions
In a microwave bowl, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup water, and a pinch of salt and microwave for 2 minutes. Tip: The oatmeal will bubble in the process, so make sure you are using a big enough bowl so it doesn’t bubble over the sides.
Add a splash of almond milk, drizzle on honey, and top with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.
This super easy, delicious recipe is packed with fiber and helps my day start out right. By eating such a healthful and fibrous breakfast, I stress less during the day.
