Personal Progress Value Experiences Calendars for Young Women

Personal Progress is a program designed to help young women cultivate feminine attributes, strengthen their testimonies, and reach their divine potential. It’s a beautiful process of discovering talents, knowledge, and life skills that will help them in the roles now and in the future as mothers. Personal Progress is broken down into 8 values: faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice & accountability, good work, integrity, and virtue. In order to complete the Personal Progress program, young women must complete a certain number of value experiences and a 10-hour value project in each of the value areas. Many of the value experiences can be done in a single day, however, there are some that take a bit more planning and time. That’s what this post, Personal Progress Value Experiences Calendars for Young Women, is all about. It helps young women track their progress throughout the Personal Progress value experiences that take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to complete.

  1. Oh my goodness, this are Awesome, thank you so much for sharing your talents, I will definitely use them with my daughter and the Young Women, thank you so much again!!!!

    1. I am so glad you like them, Karina! Hopefully these calendars will give young women an extra bit of motivation to tackle the harder value experiences. Good luck! And feel free to share these with others who could benefit from them!

  2. Aubri – we miss you!! I am going to use these for our young women and hope they get excited about PP! Thanks for all of this work that you did.

  3. I think our YW will love these colorful and inspiring calendars to help with their PP. I’m so thankful to people like you who help make the program fun while providing that extra motivation. Thanks!

  4. Thank you for sharing. I plan on making these into booklets for them to keep with their scriptures and books. We always can use a cute motivational thing. They are all beautiful but I love Integrity best!

  5. Aubri,
I am so thankful for the talents of people like you who make our jobs so much easier. I am not that creative at stuff like this but I am very motivating in getting my girls to do Personal Progress and you make me look good while doing it!
Just two weeks ago my Beehives were asking “How can we make the couple of week experiences easier?” I said “With charts or calendars.” and that I would look into that for them and HERE YOU ARE!!!
In all fairness I have a really great bunch of girls that are extremely motivated. Out of 37 girls we have 13 medallions awarded including one beehive who has just earned her second and is still 13 years old. She wants to be Elaine S Dalton when she grows up. Three of them are just an experience away from finishing. The girls are also doing Personal Progress by proxy for two special needs girls in our ward.
Why am I telling you all of this?… Because with the help of sweet people like you, not only do my girls LOVE personal progress but everyone of our leaders has decided to jump on board and earn their medallions as well. You can imagine the energy in our YW’s Program.
I felt like maybe you rarely get the background of how much your creativity really makes a difference in the world and thought I would give you a little piece of ours. The only reason I have been successful at my calling (aside from praying of course) is because of the tools I am able to gather from people like you. Thank You again for sharing your talents! For being true sisters in Zion!
    With lots of YW Love,

    1. Wow, Julie, thank you so much for sharing your story. I absolutely love hearing the details that happen behind the scenes, so I am glad you commented about them. Your girls sound extra special. And their beautiful influence must to spreading to others outside of your ward as well. Keep up the good work Atla Heights! And enjoy the calendars. <3
